Janelle Prescher is a proud mother, businesswoman, entrepreneur and for the last 16 years, an accomplished realtor in the Southern California area.   She is a California native, has lived in Southern California since the age of 14.  Real Estate has been in her blood from a young age, her grandmother was an agent in San Diego.  Janelle would look through the multiple listing book that would come out weekly, much different than today’s daily updates through the internet.  Janelle’s first real estate purchase was when she was 21.

She embodies the “SOCAL Spirit” of embracing the great gifts provided by her home state and city. She is an avid golfer, stand up paddler, hiker, beachcomber and heart rock collector.

Janelle raised two incomparable children in Mission Viejo and Monarch Beach. Both graduated from the J. Serra Catholic High School in San Juan Capistrano. Her son, Chad, went on to graduate from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and continues the family tradition by working as a commercial real estate financial consultant. Her daughter, Hailey, just graduated from San Diego State University and working in sales.

Prior to becoming a realtor, Janelle enjoyed success in the auto finance business. For twelve years she gained experience and knowledge in finance, and became the Director of Finance for several auto dealerships in San Diego County. Janelle has truly found her home in serving her clients with their real estate needs. Integrity is the hallmarks of Janelle’s service.
